But do not confuse between actual loose playing and bluffing. The aim of bluffing is to win the pot.

Most people think by showing confidence the pot will be theirs. That's hogwash. You can't turn bad cards to winning ones by a show of confidence; you need the right cards or play very smartly against the opponents. Confidence will come with success, which starts with reality.

Don't believe all what you see in the movies, that's purely for your entertainment. The superiority of the super aggressive players is to hide their desperate situation because they have borrowed money to play, or it's just a blind to fool people.
